According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, on November 8, 2019, Victoria Strong, of Kansas City, Missouri, was seriously injured in a crash off I-35 soutbound at 95th Street in Johnson County, Kansas. A two-car accident in Benton County, Missouri, has left a Higginsville woman dead. Sondra Murrell, 75, was killed when the vehicle she drove was struck head-on. At approximately 12:54 PM on September 16, 2019, as he traveled northbound on Missouri 7, Darin Lutman, 42, crossed the center line, into southbound traffic, and crashed head-on into Murrell’s vehicle. On September 3, 2019, at approximately 5:44 PM, Abram Britton, 43, ran a stop sign and drove into the path of Kyle Schalk’s 2006 Toyota. In doing so, Britton struck the front right quarter panel of Schalk’s vehicle. According to police, Richard J Mathis of Lansing, Kansas, 33, slowed for traffic at an intersection when Luke T. Parris of Kansas City, 34, struck his vehicle.
